Parade of Homes St. George 2020

You won't find marching bands and high school floats in this parade. This is the St. George area 2020 Parade of Homes. Set among the most breathtaking landscape in the country, mark your calendars for this year's event February 14th through the 23rd 2020. This is the largest attended Parade of homes in the state. There will be 30 homes on display from 10 AM until 7 PM daily and there are a variety of displays and exhibits showcased in each homes garage. This long-standing tradition offers a variety of spectacular luxury homes with exciting new technology, trends, and materials. Tickets are $15 per person with children three and under free. Tickets can be purchased online through the Parade of Homes website or at the Red Cliffs Mall and Lins Market beginning on February 13. Tickets will not be available on site. Included with your ticket is a magazine which contains all of the home addresses and a map. Be sure to bring your E ticket with you to receive the magazine and take a lanyard.

What to expect in this year's 2020 Parade of Homes.

Homes are still being constructed and finalized but you'll likely see properties from C Blake Homes, homes in the Kayenta and Stone Cliffs community, J2 Construction, Perry Homes, Bangerter Homes, Split Rock Custom Homes, AJ Construction, Jeff Madsen, Brio Homes, Dennis Miller Homes, Alcoa Custom Homes, Xcellent Homes, and of course some of the newest homes in southern Utah's premier community of Desert Color. Many more homes are on the list as well as homebuilders, developers, and several other communities around southern Utah.
