Sand Hollow Resort is one of Hurricane Utah’s newest communities built around the beautiful Sand Hollow golf course. Located just outside of downtown Hurricane along southern Parkway on the way to Sand Hollow reservoir and Dixie Springs, this beautiful community is currently building out new construction homes surrounding the golf course. Golf Course

Located in Hurricane across from the Sand Hollow State Park between St. George and Zion National Park, this beautiful course features 18 holes of golf with an easy, walkable nine-hole links style course and a championship par 72 course stretching over 7000 yards with five tees on each hole designed for golfers of any ability. Originally opened in 2008, it is now rated #1 course in Utah. Nestled designed along the gorgeous Red Cliffs, this unique and challenging course will not only up your game but provide stunning views of the entire Valley.

Activities

In addition to golf there are hundreds of things to do, see, and explore around Sand Hollow. Whether it’s fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, ATV, hiking, bike rentals, boating, enjoying the relaxing spas, guided tours, boating, and the vibrant performing arts throughout the resort area.

Schools

Residents are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to local schools in Hurricane including Three Falls elementary school, Hurricane middle school, and Hurricane high school. Currently these schools are between seven and 8 miles from Sand Hollow Resort but closer schools may be constructed in the future.

Homes

If you’re looking to have that resort style feeling year-round consider purchasing a home at the Sand Hollow Resort. There are dozens of properties for sale and you can either built from the ground up with one of the premier homebuilders in the southern Utah area such as Big Rock Homes, or consider a move-in ready property where you can add your final touches on a brand-new home. Lots are priced from about $70,000 and single-family homes start at about $400,000.
