Days on market have been uneven, holding as low as 13 days in June 2025 and climbing to 79 days in November 2025, though sale-to-list ratios have stayed consistently above 98% throughout that stretch. Nearly all homes feed Herriman High School (98% of assignments) and Copper Mountain Middle School (93%), while elementary students are split primarily between Aspen Elementary and Golden Fields Elementary.
