Perry Landing · Community report Updated July 2026

Perry Landing is a small subdivision in Washington, Utah, built almost entirely between 2010 and 2019 (average year built: 2018), with homes averaging roughly 1,900 square feet on about 7,400-square-foot lots and a modest HOA fee of $25 per month. Only 8 homes sold over the past year, so this is a limited sample, but median sale prices have ranged from $450,000 to $578,000 across recent months, with the most recent closed transactions in April 2026 landing at a median of $510,000. Days on market have varied considerably — from as few as 3 days to as many as 130 — reflecting the thin and uneven inventory typical of a small community. Sale-to-list ratios have held between roughly 93% and 100%, indicating that buyers have occasionally negotiated modest reductions while some homes moved at full ask. All homes here feed Pine View High and Pine View Middle, with the large majority assigned to Sandstone Elementary.

Use Your Own Agent

New home communities are easy to buy into, especially if you tour the model home or showroom alone, without a representation of your own. Agents are waiting to sell you those particular homes and while this may be what you’re looking for, it really pays to have your own representation throughout the process. You want an agent that’s working for you on your behalf and don’t worry, because buyers agents get paid from the commission of whichever home you choose, so really it is in your best interest to use your own agent, even when buying new construction from the builder.

We can help negotiate terms, incentives, and price. Just because that’s the price on the Billboard, doesn’t necessarily mean that’s the price you have to pay. Our expert negotiation strategies can help you get upgrades, customizations, and terms that you really want.

The next time you’re ready to purchase a brand-new home in Washington Utah, consider Perry Landing and don’t hesitate to give us a call for information or for expert real estate representation.
