Sienna Hills is a newer residential community in Washington, Utah, built predominantly in the 2010s and 2020s, with a median living area of 1,872 square feet on compact lots averaging around 3,049 square feet and a monthly HOA fee of $110. Over the past year, 110 homes were listed, and median sale prices have ranged widely — from $388,000 in January 2026 to $647,499 in December 2025 — reflecting a mix of home sizes and finishes within the subdivision rather than a single stable price point. Days on market have also varied considerably, from 23 days in July 2025 to 139 days in March 2026, so buyers and sellers should expect an uneven pace depending on timing and pricing. Sale-to-list ratios have consistently held in the 96–100% range across most months, suggesting homes are generally priced close to where they ultimately close. Nearly all homes here feed Pine View High and Pine View Middle, with Coral Canyon Elementary serving the majority of younger students.
