Dixie Springs is one of Hurricane Utah’s newest communities located just north of the Sand Hollow State Park East off of Sand Hollow Road. Just five minutes from the Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 10 minutes from several golf courses and parks, Dixie Springs a sits just off the beaten path with easy access to Interstate 15, shopping, dining, and recreation.

Called Southern Utah’s Playground, Dixie Springs features ¼ acre lots and new homes built by American Heritage Homes. In total, there are approximately 500 homesites couple the next to Redstone Springs just north of the reservoir. Residents have the use of the Dixie Springs Park with green space, sports courts, trails, playground, and picnic tables.
